SHE Policy
We, at The Perfect Seal and Services Co., Ltd. (PSS), are committed to upholding the highest standards of responsibility in all our activities, ensuring the protection of occupational health, employee safety, and environmental sustainability while fully complying with all applicable laws and regulations. To support this commitment, PSS management will develop an integrated policy statement covering safety, occupational health, and the environment, ensuring its alignment with the nature and scale of PSS operations.
As a service provider we are obliged to work safely to ensure that:
Workplace safety is the collective responsibility of all employees at every level to cooperate in ensuring the safety of themselves, their colleagues, and the company’s property.
The Company is committed to developing a management system for safety, occupational health, and the working environment that complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Company is dedicated to providing adequate resources, including budget, time, personnel, and relevant materials, for the implementation of the safety, occupational health, and working environment management system.
The company facilitates communication among employees, partners, suppliers, visitors, and others working on its premises to promote the implementation of safety, occupational health, and good working environment practices.
The Company is committed to encouraging and supporting activities related to safety, occupational health, and the environment, including training, campaigns, and contests.
All employees must prioritize the safety of themselves, their colleagues, and the company’s property.
The company will conduct follow-ups on the implementation of safety policies, occupational health, and environmental practices to ensure serious compliance and maximum efficiency.
SHE Objectives and Targets
PSS will establish and maintain documented SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) objectives that are measurable, with designated responsibilities and defined time frames for each item. When setting these objectives, they will include a commitment to preventing injury and ill health, as well as compliance with all applicable legal requirements. To support PSS’s commitment to these objectives and targets, suitable implementation programs will be agreed upon and periodically reviewed in accordance with the relevant policies.
- Improve SHE culture among PSS and Contractors employees
- Protect personnel from any hazards that may be associated with the work
- Maintain compliance with all the applicable SHE Legal / Regulatory requirements
- Provide incident-free environment to PSS, Contractors’ Employees and Visitor
Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Controls
PSS will establish, implement, and maintain a policy that clearly defines the process for hazard identification, risk assessment, and determination of necessary controls. The policy will specify the methodologies to be used, when they should be applied, and who is responsible for their implementation. It will ensure that the process accounts for human factors (such as behavior and capabilities), is proactive rather than reactive, follows the hierarchy of controls, and addresses both routine and non-routine activities.
Communication
PSS recognizes the importance of effective communication and will establish and implement a system for:
● Providing appropriate inductions upon arrival at the work or project site.
● Facilitating internal communication on health and safety matters between various functions and management levels within the company, as well as with contractors and other visitors.
Participation
PSS is committed to establishing a SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) committee to ensure an effective system for worker participation, particularly involving safety representatives, and to facilitate consultation on all matters related to occupational health and safety.
Competence, Training and Awareness
PSS shall ensure that personnel have the education, training, and experience necessary to competently manage their roles. PSS will conduct and regularly update a training needs analysis and maintain appropriate training records as outlined in the Training Policy. The training documents include:

- Individual Employee and Contractor Training Records
- PSS ensure that all employees are made aware of:
- the consequences of their work activities and behaviors as well as the benefits of improved personal performance, as regards occupational health and safety.
- their roles and responsibilities of conforming to the relevant requirements
- the potential consequences of departures from task procedures.
Emergency Preparedness and Response
PSS establishes, implements, and maintains a policy that requires the management team to identify potential emergency situations and accidents. The policy also mandates the development of a suite of procedures outlining the company’s response to emergencies to prevent or mitigate any adverse SHE consequences. This is documented in the Site Emergency Plan, which includes procedures required by the Environmental Management System related to this subject. Furthermore, the policy addresses emergency equipment and training requirements, as well as the testing regime and review process to ensure the plan remains effective.
